Refund policy

 

Here at BSugarChic & Co, we take pride in our handcrafted, small-batch, and amazing products. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. So, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a no-questions-asked refund policy.

Here's the catch:

• If you're returning SLATHER or SCRUB because you're allergic to any of the ingredients, PLEASE read the label before buying!
• If you're returning SLATHER because it's too good, we're sorry, but we can't help you.
• If you're returning SCRUB because you ate it, please don't.
• If you're returning SLATHER or SCRUB because you left it in the sun and it melted, you should have known better. It actually will still work, you should just rub it in your hands a little longer before applying.

All that being said, if you're returning our products for any other legitimate reasons, we will gladly refund your purchase within 30 days of receipt. Just make sure you contact us first, and we'll take care of the rest.

In the end, we want you to be happy, but please use our products as intended, and don't put them inside your body!
